Who am I?I am a plant evolutionary ecologist whose research centres around traits associated with stress responses. I seek to understand how plants have adapted to some of the most seemingly inhospitable environments and how they will evolve to changing climates of the future. Click here to learn more.
I'm also an advocate for equity, inclusion, and diversity in STEM and bring this lens into my pedagogy and scientific inquiry, as well as my community outreach. Click here to learn more.
I currently work and learn on the lands of the Quinnipiac in what is now called New Haven, Connecticut. To find out whose land you are situated on please go to native-land.ca/ |
